Virginia Gillette is a member of the Criminal Defense, Administrative Law, and Estate Planning & Probate Law Departments in the firm’s Hartford Office. Her criminal defense practice includes matters related to investigations, arrests, plea negotiations, trials, post-conviction appeals, and pardons/expungements for a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanor offenses, DWI, larcenies, and domestic violence to serious felony matters, assault, sexual assault, and homicide. Her administrative law practice includes matters before the Department of Public Health, Department of Consumer Protection, Department of Motor Vehicles, and other state administrative agencies, especially related to defense of professional licenses for health care professionals.
