Bailey M. Frankel is a member of the Probate Litigation, Estate Planning & Probate, and Civil Litigation departments in the firm’s Glastonbury office.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Frankel served in the prestigious position of law clerk to the Honorable Bethany J. Alvord at the Connecticut Appellate Court. In that role, she drafted, commented, and collaborated on the Appellate Court’s opinions, further honing her research and writing skills.
Attorney Frankel graduated summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she was a member of the Quinnipiac Law Review and Moot Court Society. During law school, in addition to working as a law clerk at BPS, Attorney Frankel interned at the Connecticut Children’s Law Center and participated in Quinnipiac’s Prosecution Appellate Clinic, where she had the opportunity to argue before the Connecticut Appellate Court. Attorney Frankel also received Honors in Distinguished Academic Achievement for Federal Income Tax, Trusts & Estates, Family Law, Criminal Procedure Adjudicative, and Legal Skills.
Attorney Frankel holds a bachelor’s degree in Special Education (2015) and a master’s degree in Educational Psychology (2016), both from the University of Connecticut. Following her time at UConn, Attorney Frankel was a high school special education teacher at the Connecticut River Academy at Goodwin College. She resides with her husband and son in West Hartford and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
