Hornaday joins BPS as associate attorney
Brown, Paindiris & Scott, LLP is pleased to announce that G. Randal Hornaday has joined the firm as an associate. He is a member of the civil litigation and workers’ compensation departments and practices out of the Glastonbury and Bristol offices. Hornaday earned his bachelor’s degree at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain and his law degree at the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford.
During his career, Hornaday has represented numerous individuals who sustained injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and other various causes of action. He works with clients to develop strategies tailored to their unique situations and specific goals.
Hornaday also has experience practicing before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission. He has handled claims from initial filings to formal hearings, and has successfully appealed a claim to the Compensation Review Board. In addition, Attorney Hornaday also works on land-use issues and real-estate litigation.
