My personal experience with this firm and David Coughlin has been by far something I have never seen before. The bedside manner if you will and his ability to communicate in a Direct thorough  compassionate and safe way had truly made me feel heard the genuineness of the people that I encountered throughout my case, allowed me to focus on the trueness of what was needed, and what was at hand.
