BPS Elects Three Lawyers To Its Partnership

Brown Paindiris & Scott, LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Santolo Odierna, Ian Butler and Mackenzie Angels to Partner. These remarkable attorneys play an important role in the firm and do extraordinary work on behalf of our clients:

Mr. Odierna joined BPS in 2020 and handles contract and real estate disputes and probate litigation. 

Ian Butler has been with the firm since he graduated law school in 2017 and handles an array of commercial transactions and financing matters as well as being a member of the BPS Cannabis Law Department. 

Mackenzie Angels handles residential and commercial transactions and business formations.
