Attorney Sobin Secured Defendant’s Verdict

In October 2023, Attorney Sobin secured a Defendants’ verdict after trial on behalf of his individual client and the client’s LLC.  The Plaintiff asserted a premises liability claim involving an alleged defective staircase and handrail. Attorney Sobin overcame numerous difficult liability obstacles at trial in pursuit of the defense verdict.  The Plaintiff argued for approximately a half-million dollars in economic and non-economic damages.  The Defendants did not have liability insurance at the time of the alleged fall, further highlighting the extraordinary importance of the verdict.
