Erik W. Scalzi is a member of the Civil Litigation, Business and Transactional law departments in the firm’s Glastonbury office.

Attorney Scalzi received his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law in 2023, where he was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association. During law school, in addition to working as a law clerk at BPS, Attorney Scalzi worked at the Community Legal Aid in Springfield, Massachusetts where he assisted local immigration attorneys in interviewing Spanish-speaking clients seeking legal permanent residency.

Attorney Scalzi graduated from Gettysburg College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Literature (2014) and holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Quinnipiac University (2015). Prior to earning his Juris Doctor degree, Attorney Scalzi worked independently advocating for persons with disabilities for the Kennedy Center of CT. His work experience and accomplishments as a journalist at WFSB and WTNH were impactful. Attorney Scalzi resides locally in Glastonbury and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association
