Brown Paindiris &Scott LLP has elevated Attorney Kathryn Bissonnette to Capital Partner effective January 1, 2025. Kathryn joined the firm in 2017 and was named Partner in 2021. Committed to the field of matrimonial law, Kathryn has successfully handled hundreds of divorces in courts across Connecticut. These matters have dealt with sensitive custody issues, division of assets and debts involving high-net-worth individuals, alimony, and post-judgment matters. Kathryn approaches all of these cases with compassion for her clients and attention to detail. Kathryn is the head of the firm’s Family Law department in our Glastonbury office, and a large portion of her practice includes Mediation and Collaborative Divorce. Her goal as a leader of the firm is to mentor others towards making the legal profession more collaborative as a whole.
