Meet the Attorney: Stephen P. Sobin

In our latest edition of “Meet the Attorney,” we’re getting to know Stephen P. Sobin, an associate with Brown Paindiris & Scott.

What area of law do you focus on?

I focus on medical malpractice, personal injury, and insurance. 100% of my practice is devoted to litigation.

When did you join BPS?

I joined the firm in October 2015.

What office do you work out of?

I work out of the Glastonbury office.

What do you like most about your job?

Every case is unique and, therefore, each case presents its own challenges. I enjoy facing those challenges head-on, and producing results in an efficient and cost-effective manner to make all of my clients whole.

Where did you get your undergraduate degree?

Providence College, Rhode Island.

Where did you go to law school?

University of Connecticut Law School.

What do you like to do outside of the office and the courtroom?

Outside of the office and courtroom, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with my fiancé. I also enjoy playing ice hockey, and have been an avid enthusiast of the sport since I first began to skating at the age of 4.
