Attorney Hornaday joined Brown, Paindiris & Scott, LLP in 2018.  He is a member of the civil litigation and workers’ compensation departments, and practices out of the Glastonbury and Bristol offices.  As someone who grew up in the greater Hartford area, he is honored to be able to represent and counsel individuals in the communities with which he has such a strong connection.

During his career, Attorney Hornaday has represented numerous individuals who sustained injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and other various causes of action.  He works with clients to develop strategies tailored to their unique situations and specific goals.  Attorney Hornaday also has experience practicing before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission.  He has handled claims from initial filings to formal hearings, and has successfully appealed a claim to the Compensation Review Board.

In addition, Attorney Hornaday also works on real estate related litigation.  His longstanding interest in this area of the law dates back to when he was in law school and served as a research assistant to Professor Terry J. Tondro, and while serving as the 2002 Gallivan Conference Coordinator on Brownfields and Environmental Covenants.
