Richard Brown has written an article, entitled Dealing with Disciplinary Hearings before Connecticut’s Department of Health, which was published in the February issue of Connecticut Medicine, the Journal of the Connecticut State Medical Society. An earlier version of this article was published in the July 1993 issue of Connecticut Medicine. Attorney Brown regularly represents physicians and other medical professionals who are being investigated by the Department of Public Health.
