Richard Brown, attorney for Lisa Moody, was recently quoted in the Hartford Courant on the decision of the Chief State’s Attorney to close the investigation into whether the governor’s chief of staff, Lisa Moody, perjured herself when she testified at a legislative hearing that she didn’t read an ethics memo that was later uncovered that she had edited. “We’re not surprised with the conclusion.
