Attorney Gregory Arcaro has been practicing law in Connecticut for over ten years. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy, Bankruptcy Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and commercial workouts.
Attorney Arcaro has represented clients in numerous contested bankruptcy trials and hearings, many of which have resulted in reported decisions, including In re Fitzgerald, 237 B.R. 252 (Bank. D. Conn., 1999), a case of national note, which interpreted the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in BFP v. Resolution Trust Corporation, 511 U.S. 531 (1993), and its impact on the Connecticut strict foreclosure process.
Attorney Arcaro is admitted to practice law in Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, and is affiliated with both the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law sections of the Connecticut Bar Association.
