Attorney Brown is also a Special Master for the U.S. District Court of Connecticut. He is regularly called as an expert in criminal litigation and sought out by the media for comment on criminal matters.
With regard to administrative law, he has represented numerous lawyers, educators, doctors and other health care professionals before many federal and state administrative agencies, particularly in connection with attempts to suspend or revoke professional licenses.
