David Jaffe settles false imprisonment civil rights case.

Recently, Attorney David Jaffe settled a false imprisonment case against the Town of Newtown after years of litigation. The lawsuit alleged a violation of the civil rights of of a man who was convicted of and imprisoned for a crime which he did not commit. The amount of the settlement is confidential.
