David Jaffe represents New Yorker beaten and maced by Hartford Police Officers

Attorney David Jaffe represents a New Yorker who was beaten and maced by several Hartford police officers while he was visiting friends in Connecticut. The incident led Police Chief Daryl Roberts to launch an internal investigation. One of the officers under investigation has already retired. The beating was captured on video tape. Arrests of the police officers may follow.
